Innovation in Rotational Molding

Ferry Industries, Inc. started in 1927 as a tool and die maker and later produced special machinery.  In 1981 Ferry completed the acquisition of the FEMCO range of bandsaws that are used to cut flexible and rigid urethane foam and structural honeycomb for the aerospace industry.

Ferry produced its first rotational molding machine in 1983 and has since become the world¹s machinery leader in the industry.  In addition to developing its innovative RotoSpeed range of machines Ferry acquired McNeil Akron¹s machinery line in 1994, and also acquired the rotomolding machinery assets of FSP Machinery (Canada) in 2000, thus broadening the company¹s technology and product offerings to the growing rotational molding industry.

Today, Ferry Industries Inc., offers a comprehensive range of machine styles to enable customers to select machinery that is specifically suited to the user¹s production needs.  Ferry also offers support equipment, including high intensity mixers and platforms.

The Ferry RotoLog and Ferry IRT closed-loop process management systems enable molders to ensure complete and repeatable molding performance.

Ferry¹s RotoCure 2000 System Manager provides each molding machine with a flexible computer-based operating system.  RotoCure 2000 enables each machine to connect to a network system for data retrieval and business management.
