Roy is Vice-Chancellor and President of the University of Waikato, New Zealand, and Technical Editor for Rotoworld® magazine. He has published over 300 papers, many of them relating to rotational molding, and he has authored 8 textbooks on plastics and engineering materials. He is the former Director of the Polymer Processing Research Centre (PPRC) at Queens University of Belfast and the former Technical Services Director for ARM International. He is a Fellow of the Society of Plastics Engineers and a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering.
Paul Nugent

Paul is a consultant who travels extensively assisting clients in many roles from training to problem solving to expert witness, and Process Editor for RotoWorld® magazine. He received his M.Eng. degree in Aeronautical Engineering and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from The Queen’s University of Belfast. Paul developed the Rotolog system, the first complete computer simulation of the process (RotoSim), the non-contact process control system IRT and authored a book entitled Rotational Molding: A Practical Guide.
Michael Paloian
Design Editor
Michael is President of Integrated Design Systems, Inc., Great Neck, New York, and Design Editor for RotoWorld® magazine. Over the past 25 years, Mike has developed a broad range of plastic products utilizing various processing methods including rotational molding. Mike’s B.S. degree in Plastics Engineering and Masters in Industrial Design, combined with his extensive experience, has formed the bases for his branded and unique insights into the field of plastics part design.
Celal Beysel

Celal is Chairman of Floteks Plastik, the pioneer and innovative leader of the rotational molding industry in Turkey, and a Global Contributing Editor for RotoWorld® magazine. Being an ARM member for more than 20 years, he has made many presentations at ARM meetings in various countries. He is also active in business and political organizations in his country. Celal has authored numerous articles published in various newspapers and magazines about politics, plastics, rotomolding and innovation.
Jim Braeunig

Jim Braeunig is President & CEO of Ball, Bounce, and Sport, Inc., which includes: Hedstrom Entertainment, Hedstrom Canada, Hedstrom Plastics, Diamond Plastics, and North Coast Custom Molding. Jim has spent 37 years in the rotomolding business and is a past President of ARM International. He was instrumental in the formation of a Joint Venture, founded in Hong Kong that owns two factories in China. Jim currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Hedstrom Asia Ltd. that is located in the Shanghai area and is comprised of American, Chinese, and German partners. Jim holds a B.A. in Chemistry and MBA degree.
Harry Covington

Harry Covington is President and Owner of Ferry Industries, Inc., Akron,Ohio. Harry has served on the ARM International Board of Directors and is a recipient of the ARM International Hall of Fame award. He has been a frequent presenter at rotational molding conferences throughout the world. He holds a BSME from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
Gaetano Donizetti

Gaetano received a Degree in Engineering at the Politecnico in Milan, Italy. His working experience includes designing small automatic machinery and he has great experience in production management in international companies. He joined Persico S.p.A. in the Automation Division in 1994, and since 2004 has been working on Leonardo projects providing a complete solution from concept to finished product, and he is a Global Contributing Editor for RotoWorld® magazine.
Robert Dunne

Robert is President of Meese Orbitron Dunne Co (MOD), which has four rotational molding plants in both custom and proprietary molding, and he is a Global Contributing Editor for RotoWorld® magazine. His company, The Dunne Plastic Company, joined MOD in 1993 and became a member of the Tingue companies. Robert has focused his career on rotational molding manufacturing and has dedicated the last decade to advocating for rotational molding education. He is on the Boards of the Association of Rotational Molding (ARM) and Freshcreek Technologies of Cedar Grove New Jersey. Bob is also an attorney, CPA and when not converting products to rotational molding, he loves to fly.
Mark Kearns

Mark is the Rotational Moulding Research Manager of the Polymer Processing Research Centre at Queen’s University of Belfast. He is a Chartered Chemical Engineer with a M. Phil Degree in Rotational Moulding. Mark manages rotational moulding research and development projects for companies across Europe, Australasia, and North America.
Dru Laws

Dru Laws graduated from BYU in Mechanical Engineering and then from QUB in Rotational Molding. Laws has several rotomolding patents and has guest lectured at several universities on the same subject. Dru actively serves within SPE and ARM and has developed award winning products and innovative process improvements in the industry. Dru is currently V.P. of Seljan Company in charge of the Rotomolding Division.
Ravi Mehra

Ravi Mehra, Managing Director Norstar Int’l, has been associated with the rotational molding industry in the USA since the early 1970s, first as a molder and currently as a supplier/consultant to the industry. He is a Past President of ARM and is still active on its Forums & Programs Committee. In 2004, Ravi was awarded the Distinguished Services Award by ARM; and in 2005, he was inducted into the ARM Hall of Fame. He is the Founding Chairman of the India-StAR, and currently serves on the board of ARMO – Affiliation of Rotational Moulding Organizations, representing StAR.
Nick Moldan

Nick is based in the Mold In Graphic Systems® Sales Office in Lyon, France, and is a Global Contributing Editor for RotoWorld® magazine. He has spent his working career in the chemical and plastic industries, in sales and product management roles, on three continents. Nick has been directly involved in the South African, Australian and European rotomolding industries for more than 15 years. He has served as a Board Member for the Association of Rotational Moulders Australasia (ARMA), and has delivered presentations at rotomolding conferences in Australia, South East Asia, South Africa and Europe – promoting the importance of a strong brand identity and value-added marketing.
Clive Robertson

He has 32 years experience in the Plastics industry having been involved with almost every technology sector. He is Chairman of ARMSA and a Fellow of PISA (Plastics Institute of SA).
Leisa Donlan

Leisa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) and spent her early career in the fuel industry working on quality related projects. She was appointed Chief Executive Officer of ARM Australasia in 1996 and has been a founding member of the Alliance of Rotational Moulding Organisation since its inception. In her role for ARMA Leisa advocates on behalf of the industry, assists in developing global relationships for members and regularly presents at industry events. She frequently authors articles on the process and its wealth of possibilities and outside her ARMA role, Leisa is a consultant on corporate and non-profit governance.
Bill Spenceley

Bill Spenceley is the President/Owner of Flexahopper Plastics Ltd. located in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. He has been involved in the industry for over 30 years, travels extensively, and currently serves on both the ARM and ARMO boards.
